Luxurious fabrics and Swarovski crystals… Can you think of a better combination for Spring / Summer 2013? This concept is the product of Swarovski Elements - a one-of-a-kind 'Sparkle and Splash' event that took place at the petitePARADE / Vogue Bambini Kids Fashion Week this weekend. What better way to kick of the start of Spring than with new (and sparkly!) outfits, huh? Swarovski Elements partnered with a few selected labels featuring customized, commercial looks in a runway full of sparkle and splash from Baby CZ, Bonnie Young, Caramel Baby & Child, Halabaloo, Joe's Jeans Kids, Lamantine Paris, Lilly Pulitzer, Mischka Aoki, Miss Blumarine, Ooh! La La! Couture and T-Shirt T-Shops. From what I observed at the front roll, Swarovski Elements was quiet the scene, it was packed with people and who knew that the husband and wife team from Novogratz, Courtney and Robert Novogratz, loved fashion? Now, if I just get my hands on these Swarovski Elements pencils that were being distributed at the show…
